Site Manager - October 2024

Role: Site Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full time 52 weeks per year)

Grade: G06 / G07 depending on experience /G06 £31,653 TO £33,324 / G07 £34,191 TO £36,252

Responsible to: Headteacher

St George’s Catholic Primary Voluntary Academy is a two-form entry school graded as ‘outstanding’ in our last Ofsted.  Part of the Blessed Holy Family Catholic Academy Trust the school is maintained by the Dioceses of Westminster and serves the parish of St Georges', Sudbury.

We are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to join our committed staff team.

We are looking for an individual who can work as part of a team to provide a safe and risk-free environment for all stakeholders.

 We are seeking candidates with:                                                                                                                                                                 

  • Ability to manage routine maintenance, refurbishment and minor repairs.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the school premises and its contents.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels including external contractors and managing cleaning staff.
